Jild is a Dutch real estate financier established in September 2019 by Franke Twerda and Johan Westra, who are also the founders of Eijgen Finance.

The company specializes in providing bridging loans to entrepreneurs and real estate investors, connecting them with private investors seeking secure investment opportunities backed by real estate.

Jild uses the Bloqhouse loan management software to manage all operations involved with their loans. From payments, to automated emails and from interest invoices to annual reports.

Next to that, we provide Jild with an investor portal where investors can easily invest in new real estate debt opportunities and have detailed insights into their current investment portfolio. They have financed more than €160mln for real estate projects.
