Beaureale Investments is a French-Dutch company based in Goes, specialised in hospitality real estate. Beaureale initiates real estate investments for professional and private investors, and advises investors and operators on a strategic and operational level.

What we delivered

Bloqhouse built a white-label investor portal for Beaureale that runs under Beaureale's own brand and domain. Existing investors, their investment records and their historical returns were moved over from Beaureale's previous system. Investors now go through the whole subscription online: onboarding, identity verification, the investor suitability questionnaire and digital signing. The platform supports both Dutch and German, and Beaureale controls which funds, documents and images each investor audience sees. That matters because the rules differ by country, for example retail funds that may only be offered to Dutch investors.

What it achieved

Beaureale now raises and manages capital from Dutch, Belgian and German investors in one compliant environment. Its fund team no longer depends on manual processes.
