Immotokens Investment Platform

Belgium-based real estate investment platform Immotokens has launched its investment marketplace. The online portal will give investors an overview of real estate investment propositions, and allow them to select investments, check their monthly earnings and follow performance metrics.

The company is partnering with multiple large RE companies to provide deal flow on the platform, and all investor Know-Your-Customer checks will be performed via the Immotokens admin portal. In addition, investors will be able to communicate with the Immotokens team, draft digital contracts and create reports via the portal.

Immotokens is structured as a debt fund, so its investors will effectively invest in a debt instrument. The company plans to expand its operations into other markets in the future.
